Mad Science has been offering its after-school programs to children in over 60 schools around the Austin area since 1997. The programs take place immediately after school is out and children go to a Mad Science class for one hour per week for a 6 period. Because of scheduling or work restrictions, many parents have requested that we offer some of our programs on Saturdays so their child will be able to attend some Mad Science classes. We are happy to announce that we are now offering Super Science Saturdays. Following are the facts:

Commonly Asked Questions
Do I have to sign up for all the classes or can I just sign up for one?
You can sign up for as many as you like. Remember, every Saturday will be different so if your child likes it, you can sign up for other classes at a later time. However, class sizes are limited, and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis.
Is advance registration required?
Yes. We need to know how many children will attend each session because class sizes are limited.
What ages are the programs designed for?
The programs are designed for children that are in Kindergarten through the 5th grade.
Are different aged children in the same class?
Yes. We use a buddy system whereby the older children will sometimes help the younger ones. For most of the activities, the children work in small groups.
