After School Program Terms and Conditions
All payments are final unless we receive e-mail correspondence addressed to ztmadscience@gmail.com within forty eight hours you made this registration stating your reasons for requesting a refund. Furthermore, only with classes of fourteen registrants or more can a special request to withdraw be considered once the class begins if it is received in writing before the start of the second scheduled class.
No refunds will be issued for early withdrawal due to absences (for any reason including sickness), behavioral dismissals, power failures, and unforeseeable events not within the control of Mad Science or other acts of nature. If students leave our after school program early for any reason, if they withdraw, the tuition is not prorated and no refund will be issued. Mad Science however, reserves the right to cancel the program because of low registration at which time a full refund will be given. Holiday/Summer Camp Terms and Conditions
All payments for day camp and Holiday camp registrations are final unless we receive e-mail correspondence addressed to ztmadscience@gmail.com within forty eight hours you made this registration stating your reasons for requesting a refund. Furthermore, only with classes of ten registrants or more can a special request to withdraw be considered fifteen (15) days prior to the camp’s start date.
No refunds will be issued for early withdrawal due to absences (for any reason including sickness), behavioral dismissals, power failures, and unforeseeable events not within the control of Mad Science or other acts of nature. If students leave our day camp program early for any reason, if they withdraw, the tuition is not prorated and no refund will be issued. Mad Science however, reserves the right to cancel the camp because of low registration at which time a full refund will be given.
Registration to any Mad Science program constitutes an agreement to these stated Terms and Conditions.
