CANCELLATION POLICY:  If programming should be cancelled due to inclement weather, acts of God or closing of a school due to illness or school issues, we will make up the session as a double session on our last day of programming in the district, notifying parents in advance of the date.  No rescheduling will be done for cancellation of final sessions in the series or for non-school or parent controlled issues.

REFUND POLICY- Participants will be charged $10.67 per child per session plus a $25 adminstrative processing fee per child for cancellation of registration.  No refunds will be allowed beyond the first session.
