School Holiday Mini Camp: Robot Invasion/Scene of the Crime Combo- Full Day

We have combined two of our half-day Mini-camps into one full day camp. Robot Invasion and Scene of the Crime Combo will allow your camper to experience two Mini-camps in one!
Mini-Camp: Robot Invasion - Half day 9-12:30pm at the Lab!
Learn the “nuts and bolts” of robotics! Build simple circuits, test for conductors and non-conductors, explore how switches work and discover how robots interact with our world. There is nothing a robot can’t do - whether it’s playing soccer or dancing the Funky Chicken! In this mini-camp you will build a solar powered insect, a robot artist that’s got real talent and a “bugbot” – all to take home!
Mini Camp: Crime Lab - Half day 1:30-5pm at the Lab!
Team up with fellow campers to solve the “Ice Cream Caper” crime. Arrive at camp to find a real crime scene surrounded by crime scene tape. Walk the grid and collect evidence to solve the crime. Is that a solid lead or a dead end? All of your observation skills will be needed as you use your new magnifying glasses and notebooks to record your evidence. Use your forensic skills to solve the crime.
