We have combined two of our half-day Mini-camps into one full day camp. Slippery Science & Chemistry Club Combo will allow your camper to experience two Mini-camps in one!
Slippery Science 9-12:30pm at the Lab!
Explore the exciting world of polymers and movie special effects. Children investigate the inner workings of silly putty and transform two regular liquids into an oozing batch of slime! Then they participate in creating their own movie magic and take a crazy bubble shower.
Chemistry Club 1:30-5pm at the Lab!
Use your hands as a real Mad Scientist in this whirlwind camp day on how a lab works! Learn to manipulate laboratory equipment at your personal lab bench, and take home your very own Graduated Gear to continue your research! Students become lab scientists-in-training and Slide down the colorful pH scale and dip into the world of acids and bases! Explore the pH extremes with your Reaction Tube Kit in what is sure to be a popping experience! Discover whether liquids found in your home are acids or bases using your personal pH Paper!
