2009 SUMMER PROGRAM THEMES :
ABC’s of Science (Ages 4 and 5):
In this special week, children will learn about air pressure and the invisible power of wind. They will explore their senses and discover how animals and bugs defend themselves. Using frozen carbon dioxide they will investigate the different states of matter. Bubbling potions, slime and a rocket launch are just a few more of the awesome experiments your child will have during this exciting week!

Secret Agent Lab ll: Detectives*
(Entering 1st- 5th)
Step into the shoes of a detective and solve the crime. Uncover the science involved in evidence gathering, analysis and crime scene investigation. Recreate the scene of a crime using clues and detailed observations. Become a super sleuth and learn clever ways of performing tasks in this hands on view of the science behind the crime!!!

NASA: Journey into Outer Space:
(entering 1st - 5th)
From our Earth’s atmosphere to the outer reaches of our solar system, this hands-on program sends them on a quest for exploration! Comets, planets, stars and more are all waiting to be discovered. Learn about the four forces of flight, the challenges of space travel and participate in a rocket launch! Really cool take homes that are NASA approved!
