Dear Mad Science of Dallas/Denton,

    "Just wanted to send you a quick note of thanks for sending such a terrific Mad Scientist to our son's recent birthday party. When we began planning our son's 5th birthday party...we were missing the "Wow" factor. That is where Mad Science came in. A quick internet search, and we were in touch with ..."Dr. Cool". Dr. Cool called me a few days before our party to confirm times and get more information about our son and his interests. I have to say that after talking to him, I was completely confident that our party was going to be perfect. Dr. Cools enthusiasm for his job was evident even over the phone

...Dr. Cool arrived right on time, and got to work setting up his "laboratory". The whole time he was working however, he kept up a conversation with our son (whose guests had not yet arrived), asking him questions about volcanoes and other subjects of interest to our son that he had gleaned from our earlier conversation. I could tell that my son was immediately comfortable with Dr. Cool, and seemed delighted that this 'science guy' seemed to have the same interests as he did!

During the ..."show", Dr. Cool had all of the kids completely captivated, (which is not always easy with a bunch of 4 and 5 year olds!) for at least 40 minutes... (and) parents in attendance were crowded around the doorway to watch the performance. Dr. Cool had the perfect mix of professionalism, enthusiasm, and pure entertainment value. There were more than a few squeals of excitement from the kids during the fireworks portion of the show, and quite a few chuckles from the adults at Dr. Cool's humor!

After the show, Dr. Cool made "slime" for the kids, and continued to mingle with the little guests, answering questions and letting them try on his lab coat. He even hung out and sang "Happy Birthday" to our son, and became another welcome party guest before inconspicuously cleaning up his lab equipment and saying his good-byes. 

Overall, it was a wonderful party, and we are glad we made the decision to hire Dr. Cool from Mad Science!
