Why a Mad Science TAKS Pack?
Results
In our pilot program in Spring 2006, the average passing rate at our 6 test schools improved from 66% passing to 81% passing, with one school going from 69% to 92% and another from 55% to 82%. (Please contact us for the full results.)
Solutions
The TAKS Pack is a 4-hour program (typically for one hour per day) and can take place before school, after school, or during the school day. Mad Science understands how busy school schedules can be, so if you need a special solution, please call us and let us customize something to fit your needs.
Hands-on
Each day an objective is covered with hands-on experiments, interactive
demonstrations and even sample questions from released tests to ensure that connection between the experiments and the test is made.

Our TAKS Pack goes beyond the objectives and uses inquiry-based learning to promote learning and retention. Mad Science believes in hand-on experiments that involve the students in the fascinating science behind the objectives.
