Life Science-
“Seeking our Senses” takes a detailed look at our five senses. Everyone discovers how our eyes can play tricks on us with some cool optical illusions! Different “flavored” soda shows us how our nose really “knows” how to taste. Then see if your nose can figure out our “mystery scents.” We even learn how smart our ears really are! Use your sense of touch to figure out what is inside our “mystery box.” Everyone will really get a sense of how senses work!
Physical and Chemical Science–
 In “Wacky Waves” we explore the weird science of water. Learn about the differences in salt and fresh water. Discover how density explains why some liquids float or sink in others. Using our new knowledge of buoyancy we will try to make objects float. This class is sure to be wacky, wet fun!!

Experiment with the basics of magnetism in “Magnetic Attraction.” Discover what kinds of objects attract magnets. Find out which magnets are stronger: horseshoe magnets or bar magnets? We will explore how magnets can both attract and repel each other with a brief introduction in polarity. Decorate a magnet of your own to take home!!
