- 1/2 day - £18
- Full day - £28 (9.30am - 3.30pm)
- Full day - £32 (8am - 5pm)
CateringChildren attending a full day course are asked to bring a packed lunch. This will be eaten in a supervised area during the lunch break. Those attending a half day session should bring a snack to have during the morning/afternoon break.
Booking and Cancellation ProcedureTo secure a place, you will need to complete our booking form and return it to us with a cheque. Alternatively, you can register over the phoneand pay by debit or credit card. Please note a card transaction fee of £1.50 for debit cards and £3 for credit cards will be incurred. Payment will be take once minimum numbersfor the camp have been met. If you need to cancel your child's place, you will receive a refund providing it is more than 30 days from the course start date. Otherwise, a credit note will be issued.
GeneralMad Science reserves the right to cancel a camp if the minimum number of applications is not received. Mad Science reserves the right to exclude any child who is disruptive to the extent that it affects the safe running of the session. A confirmation email/letter will be sent to you once a booking form and payment has been received. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the club runs as advertised, Mad Science reserves the right to change the content of a session or topic withoutany prior notice Where any child or parent/guardian of a child has a complaint about any aspect of the course, he/she should address the matter immediately in writing to the relevant Branch Manager. Our aim is always to ensure we delivery high quality sessions. When we are aware of the problem, we will endeavour to rectify it immediately. No recompensecan be considered for any issue which was not brought to our attention at a time when it was possible to resolve the issue.
Anti-bullying PolicyWe are committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all of our children so they can participate in fun learning sessions in arelaxed and secure atmosphere. Bullying of any kind is unacceptable at our camps. If bullying does occur, all children should be able to tell and knowthat incidents will be dealt with promptly and effectively. Anyone who knows that bullying is happening is expected to tell the Mad Scientists.
