 Mad Science provides schools and Community Centers all over Oahu with fun, hands-on science enrichment classes held both during and after school.
We spark imaginative learning when school is out! Through our programs, children in grades K through 6 are able to touch, see, hear, feel and taste what science is all about. In each class, your child will make and take home a project dealing with that week's subject. Topics include rocketry, magnets, polymers and even the science of toys!

Mad Science After School Enrichment Program
Are your parents interested in enhancing your science curriculum? Mad Science can help you do just that! Let Mad Science offer fun science enrichment classes for children at your school and we will do all the work! In return, we will offer your school a FREE Science Assembly, Mad Science Scholarships and discounts on other Mad Science in-school programs.
Let Us Do the Work!
We offer hands-on and interactive after school science enrichment programs for K-6 students that require virtually no work on your part. The programs are parent-paid and Mad Science handles all the administrative details including registration and rosters. All you need to do is provide us with a room and distribute the registration flyers.
The typical program meets once a week for one-hour for a series of 4 weeks after school. Parents pay Mad Science directly to have their child participate. We are offering two fantastic units for the 2009-10 school year: Mad Labworks & Crazy Chemworks. In addition, all programs are designed for K-6 students and are presented in a fun, hands-on and interactive manner and include a take-home project.

 Once your afterschool program is scheduled we will bring you a kick-off science assembly (valued at $200). Our assembly is guaranteed to spark student interest in science and demonstrate just how fun science can be while helping you to address state science standards! Don't have time for an assembly? Take advantage of our classroom walk-thru demonstrations in which a Mad Scientist will go from class to class with a private demonstration! In addition, Mad Science will award your school up to two 50% scholarships for every season (the actual number will vary depending on enrollment).

Your school will also earn discounts (based on Mad Science enrollment) towards future Mad Science programs: In-class fieldtrips, assemblies, and family science nights. In addition, teachers who volunteer their classrooms for Mad Science use will receive their own $150 discount coupon that enables them to bring a Mad Science In-Class Fieldtrip into their classroom for only $65 (a $215 value).
