 Mad Science Special Events are spectacular science-themed shows designed to amaze and entertain young audiences of any size. Children can conjure foggy dry ice storms, float on a Mad Science hovercraft, watch a foam factory at work, create super bouncy balls, make magic mud, alter sound waves, and so much more! Mad Science Events are ideal for school assemblies, corporate events and community centers, and can be customized to suit any group size, budget or time frame. From scouting banquets to libraries and corporate picnics, Mad Science is a unique way to entertain an audience!
Mad Science Special Events encompass several entertainment options that work well separately or can be combined to create a custom event.
All our Special Event programming can be easily offered as a stand-alone activity or included as part of another event to supply the "Wow!" factor.

Spectacular Live Shows
 These are fast-paced, high energy, exciting performances that combine a little bit of magic with a lot of science to generate a whole bunch of fun. Children from the audience participate in many of the demonstrations and are sure to be left with memories that will last well past the event. Our spectacular shows can be presented in a variety of settings and venues and can accomodate over 150 spectators.
Spectacular Shows are available as 45 or 60 minute programs. Popular uses for these shows are Baby Luaus, PTA meeting entertainment. Reward / Recognition programs, Beginning / End of school, Scout Blue and Gold Banquets and Summer Entertainment at camps and daycares.

Fire & Ice
Explores exothermic chemical reactions and the wonders of dry ice with Mad Science flash paper, an "explosive" bottle blast, a crazy bubble shower and creepy, foggy effects.
Up, Up and Away
Introduces the principals of air pressure through the creation of flight of a hot air balloon, giant smoke rings from our Vortex Generator, levitating balls, a real hovercraft and movie special effects.
Spin, Pop, Boom!
Investigates the forces of gravity, inertia and the basic principles of chemistry with flying water glasses, a flaming Didgeridoo, a miraculous Genie in the bottle, and an exploding foam fountain.

Build Your Bones with Calcium
Teaches 3rd-5th grade students with fun science, the importance of calcium to build strong bones and great health. Use food to race cars, experiment with soda to see how it effects your health, and get "shocked" with electrical fun! Sponsored by Meadow Gold Dairies Hawaii, this show is FREE to all schools and
tours statewide year-round.
Toddler Time
Toddler Time are FREE shows put on every other month to edutain keiki 2-5 yrs old. Play with instruments and learn about the science of music, take a walk on the moon, and many more. Then
ride on our very own Mad Science hovercraft!

Fun Stations
Make your Own Slime! Taste the Science of Cotton Candy! Create a Super Duper Bouncy Ball! And much, much more.
Children will really get hands-on as they learn about the scientific principles underlying some of their favorite toys and treats. At each Fun Station, kids will touch, see, feel, and taste science for themselves. Several activities allow the kids to make something to take home. The number of children each station can accommodate per hour will vary.
Fun Stations are available per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Popular uses for these booths are school carnivals, street fairs and all kinds of children's events.

What do you get when you combine a Spectacular Show with a number of Fun Science Stations? A truly unforgettable fun science experience!
For many schools, planning a Science Day/Night can be a lot of work. Well Mad Science plans the whole event for you! We provide all the equipment, materials, and enough Mad Scientists to run the entire program. Planning a Science Day has never been easier!
Our Science Day/Night events are approximately 2 hours of assorted science fun and includes a 45 minute Spectacular Show, 3 Hands-On Fun Stations, and 3 Demonstration Stations!
A Science Day/Night program can take place at any time during the day or evening. It can accomodate up to 300 children (recommended for 100 kids or more.) Popular uses for these events are summer or school events, entertainment at camps and daycares, school fundraising events, and Science Fair kick-offs.
