After-School Registration

Registering for a Mad Science class is easy!  You can register online, by phone, by fax, or by mail:

1. Register Online with a credit card (Visa or MC ONLY) by clicking here.
2. Register by Phone with a credit card by calling Mad Science
   713-663-7623.
3. Register by Fax with a credit card or by Mail with a check or credit card by printing out a registration form and faxing it to Mad Science, 713-663-7664 or mailing it with payment to:
   Mad Science, 6300 Westpark, Suite 500; Houston, TX 77057.
