We spark imaginative learning after school! No boring stuff here -- our super cool topics include rocketry, magnets, polymers and even the science of toys. Children engage in exciting hands-on activities, watch spectacular demonstrations, participate in inquiry-based discussions and take home things that they have made themselves like model rockets, periscopes, Mad Science putty and more.  Mad Science After-School Classes are great for kids who can't or don't want to do "typical" extracurricular activities (sports, dance, music...).  Our program is so cool that your kids will forget that they're ACTUALLY LEARNING something (but you won't!!).

Mad Science After-School programs can be set up two different ways: Registration Based (stand-alone programs) or as an After-Care Supplement (part of an school's existing after-school or after-care program).

Details, Details... 

  • School-Age Classes last about 1 hour; Preschool classes, 30 minutes.
  • Classes generally meet on campus once per week; sessions typically last 6 - 8 weeks (but can go as many as 15).
  • No class is held on school or district holidays 
  • Mad Science can provide the registration forms, take registration, and give the school with a roster before the class.  We do the work for the schools and make it EASY for the administrators.
