Mad Science of Jacksonville is offering over 100 free In Class Science Labs to local Jacksonville schools over the 2011-2012 school year. This is a special offering to highlight our workshops that we offer as In Class Science Labs.
If your school did not already take advantage of this offer last year, your school is eligible for the free workshop in the 2011-2012 school year. Call us for details.
Offer Details:
These in class science labs are offered to pubic and private schools in Duval, Clay and St Johns counties. The offering is limited to one free in class field trip per school.
There are a limited number of schedule openings throughout the school year, so contact us early. The offer is closed once the school year schedule is filled. (i.e. the first 100 schools that schedule with us.) This offer is extended to classes during the normal school day. This does not apply to extended day programs.
The free workshops are limited to the following:
Dinosaurs (K-2)
Planets & Moons (K-2) (Part of our NASA Partnership Program)
Slippery Science (K-2)
Mix it Up (3-6)
Atmosphere & Beyond (3-6) (Part of our NASA Partnership Program)
Matter of Fact (3-5)
Take home projects are a regular part of our In Class Science Labs, but will not be included as part of the free offering.
If you want to bundle the free science lab with a series of other science labs, let us know. We can offer more flexibility on dates, and you may also choose from any of our workshops. In this case, the free workshop will also include the take home activity for the students.
