Are you a Born Performer? Mad Science is looking for energetic and uninhibited folks who are able to animate our science parties with style, professionalism and FUN!

Our philosophy is this: A child's birthday comes only once a year, and we strive to make their Mad Science party the most special event we can! The experiments we do are made to dazzle and amaze, and a great performance will make the experience unforgettable!

Parties take place in homes, restaurants and park district facilities, mostly on weekends. Timeslots are 11 a.m. as well as 2 and 5 p.m. They last from 45 minutes to two hours, depending on the child's age and if any additional experiments have been requested.

We provide paid training, and certain mileage is compensated.

To become a Mad Science Birthday Party presenter,
we require the following:

• You must have experience working with groups of children, and performance experience is a BIG PLUS!
• You don't have to have a science degree, but at least an interest in the subject is helpful!
• You must be able to perform at least three parties per month.
• You must have a working car and a cell phone.
• We require background checks for all our employees.
