Another beautiful fall day in Crystal Lake, and more people than ever came out to enjoy the community's finest festival, the Johnny Appleseed celebration! Food, games and prizes abounded as the Mad Scientists assisted with archeological digging, informed about the properties of magnetics, and showed kids how much fun experimenting with carbon dioxide gas can be!
