Mad Science conducts all different kinds of programs for Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.  We have a number of classes and shows that can get your scouts excited about science, and help them earn their badges in the process!

BOY SCOUT PROGRAMMING

Mad Science Scout Workshops Enhance Your Den/Pack Meetings

Choose from topics geared specifically toward badge requirements, or select your own subject to fulfill your particular den requirements.

• Wolf Cub Workshops Our fun science workshop puts you on the track to earn an arrow point. We will cover - Its a Secret (elective 1), Machine Power (Elective 8), Be an Artist (Elective 12) and more !!
• Bear Cub Workshops - Space Track, Electricity putting scouts on the arrow point trail.
• Webelos Badge Workshops help scouts earn the Scientist Badge (Technology Group) and the Geologist Badge (Outdoor Group)

Workshops last between 1 – 1½ hours. We provide the Mad Scientist, materials and instruction.

BLUE & GOLD DINNER!!

Special Event Shows include…

 ·        Spectacular science shows that are fun and educational! They are designed to educate and enthrall both children and adults alike!

·  Cool experiments and stunning special effects.

· Demonstrations of spectacular chemical reactions, fantastic forces, bubbling potions and more!

· A lot of audience participation and volunteers used throughout every show.

30 and 45-60 minute shows are available!

As an added option, scouts and siblings may experience additional hands-on science when they visit…

 Mad Science Slippery Science Fun Station – It’s Oooey!! It’s Gooey!! It’s Slimey!! Children will learn all about the amazing properties of polymers while making their very own slime to take home. We bring all of the necessary ingredients and supplies for this no-mess, hassle-free experiment.

Pricing: 

Special Event Shows for Blue & Gold Dinner or Pack Entertainment:

30 minutes high-energy interactive science shows - $295 each for groups of 40 or more.

45-60 Minute show - $325

Slime Fun Station after the show - $1.50 per child materials charge.

Badge Workshops:  $139 for up to 12 scouts, $10 each additional scout.  Badge workshops can be held at your location or come to our lab in Oak Creek.

Travel Charges apply for areas outside of Milwaukee County.
