BROWNIES - EAT RIGHT, STAY HEALTHY Focus on nutrition and fitness, including the essential components of a healthy diet and lifestyle. Build a nutritional pie chart and gain an understanding of how food is used to fuel your body. Explore the role of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats and how each provides energy for the body.
JUNIORS - MAKING IT MATTER Engineers take scientific knowledge and make useful things from it such as cars, bridges and computers. Practice being an engineer as you explore, create and play with the most entertaining and useful molecule known to science! Discover the polymer in it’s many shapes and forms and make some to take home with you. |

JUNIORS - ARCHITECTURE Architects, engineers and decorators design buildings and other spaces. Explore the beginnings of architectural art by experimenting with the basics of building: triangles, cubes, cylinders and arches. Test their strength alone and in combinations. Learn how these shapes make sturdy homes and skyscrapers! Design your own super structures as well as an earthquake-proof building! |
