FINALIZING YOUR PARTY |
- A "reservation" is a tentative booking.
- A "confirmation" is a firm booking.
- Submission of this form will create a party reservation for 3 business days.
- Mad Science Birthday parties are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Confirmation requires receipt of a $50 non-refundable deposit, that is applied to your balance.
- We prefer to take your deposit over the phone using a credit card to ensure the security of the transaction.
- After 3 business days your reservation will expire if the deposit transaction has not been completed.
- Before clicking on the submit button check thoroughly through your information. Complete any empty fields. If you have left out any vital information we will contact you by phone or email and may delay finalizing your party date and time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION |
|
When hosting a Mad Science Birthday Party there are several things you must keep in mind:
- It is best if the party is held in a room that can be darkened.
- We require a table on which to set up experiments and proximity to electricity and water.
- Travel fees apply to all party locations outside the Portland and Vancouver city limits.
- Tips, while customary, do not get paid to Mad Science with your final payment. Tips should be given directly to your Mad Scientist.
