FIELD TRIP SCHEDULE

Before you schedule your field trip(s) there are a few things to remember:

  • Field Trips are 1 hour long, allow at least 15 minutes between each session, 30 minutes are preferred.
  • Pre-K Field Trips are 45-minutes long, allow 15 minutes between each sesion.
  • Wait time between sessions of 30 minutes or more will be charged a wait fee of $20 per hour.  
  • Generally, Field Trips are not available after 1:00 p.m.on school days.
  • Travel fee applies to all locations outside of our "free travel" boundaries.  Call to get more information on potential travel fee.

IN-CLASS FIELD TRIP LIMITATIONS

  • Our Mad Scientist is being sent to lead your students on an exciting, hands-on, in-class field trip, Classrooms with more that 20 students require the classroom teacher to remain in the room to provide assistance.
  • In-class Field Trips have limited availability, please book early!
  • Discount methods cannot be combined.  Only one discount method per booking.  
  • Field trips are regularly priced at $149.95.
  • Chem in a Flash, Electricity, Labworks, Lights-Color-Action, Machines, Optical Illusions, Space the Final Frontier, Super Sticky Stuff are subject to an additional $1.00 per child materials fee.
  • Travel fee applies to all locations outside of our "free travel" boundaries.  Call for more information on potential travel fee.

"MONTHLY SPECIAL" LIMITATIONS

  • Monthly Special Field-Trips have limited availability, please book early!
  • $119.95 is a special price and is valid only for the field trips identified as a "Monthly Special."  Not all field-trips are eligible for the "Monthly Special" price.
  • Field-Trips have effective dates. Click on the "Monthly Special" tab to the left to verify effective dates.
  • All other limitations regarding pricing, billing and discounts apply from "In-class Field Trip Limitations" section above.
