"Dr. Proton" Doug
President

Doug has owned Mad Science of Sacramento Valley for 8 years! He has 2 grown children, Julie and Eric. He is a complete inventor at heart and is often found zipping around the laboratory looking for things to invent and new experiments to create. He attended UCSD and then UCLA where he graduated with a BS in Math/Computer Science. He and his wife Mrs. Proton, like spending their free time boating and visiting Lake Tahoe.

"Action Agent" Amanda
Operations & Program Supervisor

Amanda graduated from Sacramento State University in 2007 with a BA in Journalism and a minor in Theater arts. She has been with Mad Science for over 9 years. Amanda is in charge of overseeing class materials and recruiting and hiring all of the scientists. She also is an avid songwriter and spends a lot of her time writing songs for her all girl band! When Amanda is not working at Mad Science, she enjoys taking her dog, Dolly, to the river. 

"Exciting" Elena
Marketing & Sales Supervisor

Elena graduated from Sacramento State University in 2008 with a BA in Organization Communication Studies. For the past 5 years, Elena has booked the after school programs, classes and camps all over the Sacramento Valley. Elena is the resident event planner as she enjoys planning weddings and lavish events. She also absolutely loves football! When not at Mad Science, Elena enjoys taking trips to the bay area and spending time with family and friends.

"Lightning Launcher" Lisa
Marketing & Sales Assistant

Lisa graduated from UC Davis in 2008 with a BS in Clinical Nutrition. She is a happy-go-lucky person who loves making people smile. She started out as a part time instructor 3 years ago, then wiggled her way into the office full-time. When Lisa is not at Mad Science, she enjoys spending time with her friends (mostly Elena!) Going to the gym, movie premieres or eating!

"Cosmic" Carly
Office Administrator

Carly, a world traveler began her stay with Mad Science in March of 2012. She graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2008. After that, she hopped on a ship and lived and worked in Hawai'i! Her bubbly personality fits like a glove in this organization. You can find her buzzing around the office singing and dancing and making everyone laugh. She also loves to teach her havanesse dog, Opus, tricks! When you call the Mad Science Office, Carly will be the one you speak with first.
