Registration

Important: Please Read This First

The best way to register for most Mad Science programs is through this online system.  It provides you with immediate confirmation, a receipt and the assurance you have secured a spot in the Mad Science Class. 

To register online you must pay with a credit or debit card.  The system will not allow a registration with a "pay by check" or other payment option. 

If you plan to pay by check, voucher/P.O.(home school students), Mad Science Certificate, PayPal or other method, you must fill out and send us one of the following forms:

• The registration form you received from the school, or
• Our generic registration form (available online here)

You must mail the completed form with your payment to: Mad Science of Sacramento Valley, 1808 Tribute Rd, Suite E, Sacramento, CA 95815. 

You may fax your registration form only if you are paying by voucher, P.O., or PayPal. fax: 866-846-3563. 

**If you wish to pay with a credit or debit card and not use the online system you may also mail or fax your registration.  Just remember you will secure your spot more quickly if you register online.
