Mad Science Program Policies

• Mad Science is held at your child's school.
• All supplies and materials are included in the class fee.
• Students will be grouped by like grades; class size ranges from 12 to 23.
• Mad Science will attempt to contact you prior to the start of the program to confirm your child's registration and inform you of the meeting location at the school.
• If your child will be picked up after Mad Science, you must meet your child at the room location upon dismissal.  Mad Science is not responsible for children before or after the stated class times.
• An alternate topic may be substituted without notice, if necessary.
• Mad Science only accepts checks or money orders for mail in registration.  Credit cards may be used when registering online.  No cash please.
• For refund requests made prior to the day the program starts, a $20 processing fee will be deducted.  No refunds will be made on or after the first day of class.  A $20 fee will be charged for checks that are returned unpaid.
• Students are expected to comply with behavior guidelines of their school.  Parents will be contacted in the event of problems.  Recurring problems will result in removal from the class with no refund of fees.
• If a minimum day is scheduled after the program begins, no class will be held that day.  A make-up day will be added to the end of the session.
• There is no makeup or refund for classes that your child misses.  Please remind your child to attend class.
• Late registrations will be accepted after the deadline on a space available basis.  A $20 late fee applies.  No registrations will be accepted on or after the first day of class.
