Birthday Party is easy!

This form will assist you in providing us with the information necessary to book your party.  No payment information is required.

This form is for booking with Mad Science of Southern MA & RI only.
Do you have the right Mad Science office?
 

  1. Fill out and submit the form.  Don't worry if you're not sure of all your party details (number of kids, exact location, add-ons, etc.) yet.  Just give us your best guess!  We know birthday parties can often change during the planning process.  You can always update your party details later.
     
  2. Wait to hear from us!  We will contact you shortly after receiving your information (usually the same business day).
    • If your requested date and time are available we will notify you that your party has been booked, and send you a written confirmation.
    • If your requested date and/or time are not available we will contact you with some suggested alternatives.
