- Mad Science classes are held at your child’s school. Classrooms are assigned by the school and the school will inform your child of the program location.
- Children registered in After School classes MUST be picked up at the Mad Science classroom unless the school has designated a Pick-Up Spot. Late pick ups will be charged accordingly.
- A $25.00 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests.
- Refunds are not issued for missed classes.
- Program refunds are not issued after the second week of class.
- Registration is complete once your child’s registration form has been submitted to the school. No further confirmation will be sent.
- A $10.00 fee will be charged for cheques returned unpaid.
- Program admittance is by lottery when registration exceeds capacity.
- It is expected that all students attending Mad Science classes demonstrate self-discipline.
- Poor behaviour may result in removal of your child from Mad Science, wherein a refund will not be issued.
