Mad Science Vancouver Island is on a mission to spark imaginative learning in children. Our programs are an excellent complement to formal in-class education. We offer entertaining science oriented programs during the time when school is out.
We cooperate closely with schools. The program is offered in one of your available classroms in the after-school time to the students of the participating school only. We do everything possible to benefit not only the students who take part in our program, but the whole school as well.
The schools participating in our program receive a free Assembly Science Show for all children in the school (value $200.00) and scholarships (value $100.00); all this to say thank you for your cooperation and providing the classroom for our program.
In all our communication with parents, the school is recognized as a supporter of our unique science program. The parents that register their children into our program pay an all-inclusive fee for the series, including the cost of the take-home toys the children build in the class. The school incurs no cost.
