There are two ways for you to register:

NOTE: Mad Science Summer Programs at Panorama recreation Centre or Saanich Commonwealth Place must be registered at the appropriate centre.

Please ensure your payment will reach at least a week before the camp. Payments by credit cards will be processed over the phone.

I understand that reasonable safety precautions will be taken by the staff however; children may incur injuries even when supervised. In that rare event that my child becomes injured while in attendance in the program, I waive any liability to the Mad Science and program staff. I will make alternate care arrangements for my child if the child is unable to function appropriately in the program. Mad Science may discharge my child from the program as per the policies published on the web. I will not knowingly bring my child to Camp if they are ill and/or unable to actively participate in the regular activities of the program. If my child becomes ill, I will pick him/her up immediately or send the emergency person to pick the child up. If I am late to pick up my child I am aware a fee will incur. I understand there is a fee for NSF cheque. I understand Mad Science classes may be photographed or videographed for promotional or training purposes.
