Mad Science is looking for PART-TIME INSTRUCTORS in the following areas:

•      CLASS INSTRUCTORS
•      SHOW PERFORMERS
 
CLASS INSTRUCTORS have excellent classroom management skills and enjoy working with small groups.  Groups average about 15-20 kids, with ages ranging from kindergarten to 6th grade.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with groups of children age 6-12
• Late-afternoon availability (school year)
• Morning availability (summer) 
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent verbal communication skills 
• Knowledge of basic science (don't worry - we'll train the rest!)
• A DYNAMIC and FUN personality
• Lots of ENERGY

SHOW PERFORMERS like being in front of a crowd.  Birthday parties, school assemblies, and malls are just a few of the places MAD SCIENCE performs.  Crowds can range from 10 to 500!  Our fast-paced, high-energy shows enthrall kids with challenging questions and spectacular demonstrations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with groups of children age 4-12
• Weekend Availbility
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in front of a crowd
• Knowledge of basic science (don't worry - we'll train the rest!)
