20 Years of Mad Science & NASA

Mad Science is proud to have established a relationship with NASA through a Space Act Agreement (SAA) that dates back to 2006! As a result, Mad Science, in collaboration with NASA, has developed a space-related after-school program and camps that teach about space technology.

Academy of Future Space Explorers

NASA and Mad Science collaborate to educate the next generation! In this after-school program, children go on a voyage of discovery to space with unique hands-on activities, and amazing demonstrations that explore the sun and stars, space technology, rocket science, the atmosphere, planets and moons, and more!

Astro Innovators Camp

Think like NASA innovators during this camp inspired by the NASA OPTIMUS PRIME Challenge. How might space suit cooling tubes be used to solve a problem on Earth? How might robotic arms help make our world a better place? With the spark of an idea, a design notebook & physical and digital tools, teams will modify NASA technology into Spinoff designs
